This position will train at Municipal Equipment’s headquarters in Louisville, KY where they will shadow experienced parts department staff to complete their training. At Municipal Equipment we succeed as a team, and information is freely available

Responsibilities and Duties
Qualified applicants will have the following:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to produce reports, assign tasks, accept instructions and handle vendor contracts, among other tasks
- Collaborating with service managers to ensure all parts are available for repair jobs
- Computer Skills
- Helping customers find and purchase the correct parts
- Pricing parts to maintain profitability
- Answering telephone calls and emails from customers
- Ensure customer service is highest the priority
- Receiving parts, including placing them into inventory and properly labeling them
