Municipal Equipment, Inc. is excited to announce the promotion of Jocelynn Clindaniel to Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Jocelynn started with Municipal Equipment, Inc. in 2018. She has been around and working in the Waste and Recycling industry her entire life. During Jocelynn’s previous position, Regional Territory Manager, she managed sales within the southern Indiana and the Louisville Metro area. She also wore many other hats including overseeing marketing and website development, purchasing and implementing our new point of sale system.
Municipal Equipment, Inc. has been in business for over 50 years and has continued to grow with a focus on quality product lines and customer service. Jocelynn is a graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science Marketing degree. Jocelynn’s 10 plus years of working in the Waste Industry started with college internship with EZ Pack Trucks building their operation and maintenance manuals for their refuse body lines. Followed by working for Wastebuilt Pompano Beach, FL as Office Manager for 2 years and Director of Marketing for 1 year. She joined the Municipal Equipment sales team in 2018 where she has continued to grow her territory. Jocelynn is an active member of the local Kentucky Bluegrass SWANA division. She is also heavily active in the National Waste and Recycling Association (NWRA). Jocelynn is the Professional Development Chair for the NWRA’s Women’s Council, Secretary for Future Industry Leaders Alliance (FILA) as well as a committee member of the NWRA’s Education Committee. She has been instrumental to many association meetings including attending Sweden on the 2022 FILA International Summit, and local chapter meetings and events in Indiana, Kentucky and Tennessee. Jocelynn is truly an ambassador for Municipal Equipment, Inc. and the waste industry.
